Frequently asked questions
Do I need experience or good fitness?
No. Most people start from zero. Training is adapted to your level – fitness comes naturally over time.
From what age can my child join?
From age 4. There are separate groups for ages 4–6, 7–10 and teens.
How much does the trial session cost?
2 trial sessions cost €40. If you become a member afterwards, the €40 is fully credited towards the enrolment fee.
What should I bring?
Comfortable sportswear and something to drink. Please arrive 10 minutes before class starts.
Is martial arts safe for children?
Techniques are practised in a controlled, considerate way. Sparring only happens with the coach’s approval and with protective gear. Children are always supervised during class.
Is there women-only training?
Yes, at Stellar Gym Sisters – in a separate area with female coaches. All details at stellar-gym-sisters.at.
