Stand-up and ground in one sport: MMA combines boxing, kickboxing, wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. At Stellar Gym, kids from age 4, teens and adults train together – beginners and competitors alike.
MMA is the most versatile combat sport: you learn punches and kicks on the feet, takedowns and throws from wrestling, and ground control from grappling and BJJ. Above all, you learn how these areas fit together.
Training is structured and intense, but always adapted to your level. Beginners start with clean technique; advanced athletes work on combinations, transitions and strategy. If you want, we'll prepare you for competition, for example our own Stellar Fighting Championship events.
