Olympic wrestling without punches or kicks: holds, throws and control on the ground. Ideal for kids from age 4, teens, adults and all fighters who want to get stronger in the clinch and on the ground.
Wrestling is one of the oldest Olympic sports. The goal is to control your opponent with throws, holds and groundwork. Technique and timing count, not just strength.
Because there are no punches or kicks, wrestling is a great way into martial arts, including for kids. It's also the foundation for MMA, BJJ and judo: whoever can wrestle decides where the fight happens.
Training builds explosive full-body strength, mobility and core stability, and strengthens respect, discipline and self-confidence.

No. Technique matters more than strength, and strength comes with training.
Wrestling focuses on throws and control. Grappling and BJJ add joint locks and chokes on the ground.
Close-fitting sportswear without zips. We train barefoot on the mats.
